  1. Don’t write what you know if you don’t know anything… that was good advice. I think I’ve reasoned with myself that I write SF, or more so would write SF, because the world I inhabit is so damn boring that I’d rather dream up better ones.

    Of course, there are more complex merits to the genre and the creation of fiction within it, but you’re right it is kind of difficult. I mean, you’re not a space marine, no matter how hard you might want to be, and I sure as heck ain’t a cyberized detective roaming the streets of New Neo Mega Tokyo…

  2. I have to admit I’d never heard the dot dot circle circle thing before. This and the last story you wrote just continue to demonstrate what a great writer you are Paul. Fantastic! I always look forward to seeing a new episode of this and your movie podcast in my queue on i-tunes.
